In April of this year, Health First Community Health Center changed revenue cycle/billing companies. Since that time, we realize that many of our patients have received multiple and sometimes incorrect statements. Please accept my sincerest apologies for any confusion and inconvenience this has caused.
Because of these errors, we are looking into the many issues that need to be fixed. We are now making plans to reassess what is the best process for our patients and Health First as an organization. Please be patient with us as we make this transition.
I want to personally apologize to each and every one of you who may have had problems with your Health First statements. I want to assure you that this problem is in no way a reflection of the quality care we provide at Health First.
